Neil is a coach and consultant who’s keen interest lies in helping people take purposeful action, regardless of their circumstances. He’s worked with individuals, as well as organisations, and has studied with globally renowned transformation leadership experts in the USA. He draws on this knowledge to help people at all life stages, facing all kinds of challenges.
Before establishing himself as a coach, Neil spent many years working as a senior executive at Prudential and Egg. He then called time on the corporate world in his early 50s, and has since combined his consulting and coaching with volunteering and parenting.
Neil holds an MA in Professional Coaching, as well as earlier degrees in Mathematics and an MBA degree. And, as part of his portfolio life, he has held council-member and chair roles at two national mental health charities.
Neil lives in Beaconsfield and London and enjoys spending time with his wife and two teenage sons. He takes great pleasure in the performing arts and, when time permits, closely follows the fortunes of the England Cricket teams.
